Hello! My family and I are serious about finding an investment property in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. We are in the process of putting our current residence on the market. We plan to find a house on a large plot of land, live in the house and construct tiny homes and other glamping structures on additional acreage to rent on Airbnb. We are open to single-family or multifamily, minimum of 4 acre lot, We prefer Durham, but are open to Raleigh and Greensboro, We are looking for something that needs reasonable renovation work, but nothing too serious, and our upper price limit is around $500,000.

We know what we want to do with this property heavily depends on local zoning and building codes. We are contacting counties and towns to get more info on what areas allow us to do this.

If you are a wholesaler or know someone who is, please leave a comment and I hope we can work together!

Best wishes
- Charles
