I'm looking for a money partner. I have collateral. I'm looking to leverage that collateral to build my STR business. looking for $300k, second lien can be placed on my condo in Hawaii, 5% back on your $300k upon sale. Must have ability to minimize closing costs. This money will be used to secure a partial down payment for the STR in Florida.

I am located in Connecticut. My condo/collateral is in Hawaii and consist of the asset itself and it's short term revenue. Future purchase of STR in Florida with optional knock down and new construction in the future. I also have a lot on a lake in which I would like a partner to build a Lake house on in Plymouth, Connecticut. Would also like to start an Airbnb compound in Northwest Connecticut, with a variety of different structures, open all year round. It will be a mix between Sticks and Stones in Newtown, Connecticut and the Lumen Nature Retreat in New Hampshire.
