Selling a flip as a 3/1 or 3/2 Preference
Hey there everyone I have a property that I am looking to sell that is a great flip opportunity but it is a 3/1 but could be made into a 3/2. I am looking for advice on if it is worth looking to make it a 3/2 or just leave it at a 3/1 to try and sell.

Hello Cameron,
Through my experience selling houses you would benefit by turning it into a 3/2. If you are able to do it without causing yourself a big headache then I would say do it. Since by doing that it greatly raises the chance end buyers would like it. You would also be able to ask more money for it. If you keep it as a 3/1 then I'm sure you will get more interest from flippers who would then want to turn it into a 3/2. Hope this helps!
