I am looking for a multi-family property with 9+ units, priced between $1.5 million to $2 million (can stretch for the right property) in the Irvington, NJ, and Newark, NJ areas. While I prefer one building, I am also open to multiple properties in the same area. I am not interested in commercial properties.

I am willing to pay a fee or discuss opportunities with any wholesaler.
