I'm looking for my first flip or rental property.

Hey everyone! My name is Michael Leccese, and I'm a sophomore at Miami University. I'm eager to start investing in the Columbus area and would love any tips or recommendations on areas and places to look for properties to help me find my first deal. Thanks!

I recommend getting a W2 job and then house hacking in your local market. This is what I did in 2017 in Columbus, Ohio. I believe it allows you to develop a solid set of skills that will help you do more difficult forms of real estate investing in the future
