New here. I'm looking to find investors to share off the market properties with

Hey guys, this is my first post!

People have been telling me to get this app for forever. I'm a real estate agent in the state of Maine. I mostly work with sellers and investors. I get a lot of sellers that are looking to sell their houses to investors all the time. I had a small group of investors I shared those properties with but they now have their hands full. So I'm looking to meet more investors to share properties with, I'm looking to meet investors of all kinds: flippers, land lords, groups, developers, joint venture partners, ect.

I get properties of all sorts. From $11mil land development projects or $1.5mil multi units to lots with trailers on them. Houses that need major repairs to houses that just need new roofs or septics or even houses that the sellers just don't live in anymore. I mostly get properties in Central and Southern maine. 

If anyone is looking to expand their network, I'd love to meet some of you. It would be nice to have some more people to run these properties by when I get clients looking to sell to investors.
