Hey Canadian investors! I have an off market bungalow available in the desirable River Heights neighbourhood of Winnipeg. The Bungalow is 900+ sqft, 2/2, oversized single detached garage, no basement but a crawl space underneath. Property was appraised at $350k about a month ago but seller is in a bad financial place and would sell at $300k or provide the buyer with $50k of seller credits. Finder's fee of $5000 will be charged to the buyer (can come out of the seller credits). Property needs some slight work but is in pretty good condition and is 100% rentable as of today.
