Investor with new RE Broker license needs to find a brokerage - Any Suggestions?

Hi All,

I am a new RE investor that completed the CO RE licensing requirements, but need to find a good brokerage to hold my license. My intent is to only manage my own transactions as an investor. Does anyone have suggestions for a brokerage?

Thanks in advance!

Jason

As an FYI, if 25% or more of your transactions are just for yourself or family members, almost all E&O policies will not cover you at all.

In fact, there is no benefit in even having a license to perform your own transactions. A license gives you the right to be paid by others for the sale or purchase of a property. There is zero benefit, and only additional liability, in being licensed only for your own transactions.
