I have a piece of property 4.5 acres in rural area growing area I can get it for $150,000 and it's worth right now that just the property alone is $233,000 it has a mobile on it that needs to be rehabbed so I'm looking for an investor that is willing to put up the investment part of it I've got the deal and I will do most of the rehab and return I want 45% of profit it is my buddies family's property he is selling it to me for that he's already had offers of up to 180 and he's turned them down because promise that he'd sell it to me therefore you're an investor I have some ideas for the property or we fixing so or we can make money off of it in other ways being so close to the forestry was thinking a hip camp with six sites tent sites plus three RV sites and up front there's like 4,000 homes going in in the area all HOA and they're going to need places to park the RVs their motorhome or and they're going to need place to park the RVs their their boats they're extra vehicles work trucks whatever a place down the road open one he was sold solid within 3 days just think it'd be a great idea let me know if you're wanting to invest look forward to speaking to and hearing from you
