Looking for DSCR loan on SFR (11% cap)

I purchased an SFR in Savannah, GA in February 2024 that I am looking to get financing for. The property is a bit unique and I believe I purchased it at a healthy discount to market value due to a complex sale process. I have fully rented & current rent comes out to an ~11% cap rate on cost. I'm looking for a DSCR loan & paid cash so the property is currently unencumbered. Please DM me if you are interested in providing a DSCR loan.
