I'm eager to embark on my long-term real estate investment journey! I'm currently seeking cash flow properties valued between $250,000 and $300,000. Additionally, I'm open to exploring simple BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) opportunities if I can connect with reliable contractors.
