Private Money/Hard Money Salesperson

Hi there!

I run a software company in the private money/hard money lending space. (Specifically the software is borrower facing construction loan software that manages the budget and draws)
We are looking to bring a salesperson onto our team and help reach new lending clients. I would love for it to be someone familiar with the space. Is anyone looking or knows someone who is looking? Or even just tips for finding someone within the industry?
