I need NJ cash buyer

hey guys, im new to wholesaling and i have this house in Salem under contract and i have 3 more days till my inspection period is over and my EMD will be due. Is there any cash buyers interested in purchasing a property in Salem its a 3 bedroom 3 bath with 1552 SqFt it has a bunch of material inside the property because a home owner tried to flip it but ran out of cash.
