Currently seeking a private lender to fund one of our latest rehab projects we just went into contract on in Columbus, OH. Below are the basic numbers on the project, so contact me if you are interested in this private lending opportunity and I will provide you with more detail, pictures, CMA, etc.

PURCHASE PRICE: $53,900

REHAB COST: $25,000

ARV: $120,000

ESTIMATED HOLD TIME: 4 MONTHS (from time of purchase, rehab, & sale)

As a private lender on this project, your investment will be secured by first lien against the property, and we will provide you with a solid double digit return on your investment. You can private message me here on BP or shoot me an email at [email protected] for more details and to discuss lending terms. Thanks!

Dustin
