Looking for wholesalers (bird dog) and mentors!

I’m very new to real estate investing, I’m 21 years old woman and I’m not really sure what I’m doing. I’ve read a couple of books about it and I believe I should probably start out as a bird dog. I’m looking for a Wholesaler that might be looking for bird dogs in Sarasota, Bradenton, Ellenton, palmetto area. I live in Sarasota area. I am also looking for an experienced mentor that might be able to provide some direction in this search. I have been told the best way to learn a new business is to learn from someone who’s already been in the business, and I agree.

I'm not a wholesaler, but I'm active flipper and real estate agent. I'd be happy to discuss the things I know. We've purchased many from wholesalers and there are so many ways to do it.
