Looking for Handyman in Cleveland OH

Hello everyone. I have 2 items I would like someone to look at.  One is a shower diverter that the tenant says is not getting hot but all other faucets are.  I suspect it's the anti scald but I do not live local so need someone to look into this.  

Also the porch looks to be bowing in the middle.  Would like this looked into as well.
