Looking to Sell Home (2yrs old) in Spring, Texas

I’m looking for someone who may be interested in purchasing my home in the Bradbury Forest Subdivision in Spring, Texas. It is just under 4000sq ft.
6bd/3.5ba/media room, game room, study, tile floor throughout downstairs except master bedroom and closet. Front elevation of the home has a small balcony which can be accessed from the 6th bedroom. No back neighbors. The house it at the corner of the street, kind of like a cul de sac. Great quiet neighbors and large backyard. Looking to sale for $520k. Will take a lower amount depending on fees and net amount upon completion of sale.
Or possibly assist with how I can rent the home out to tenants.

Offering
Houston, Texas
