Seeking TRUE buyers in Palm Beach and Broward Counties

Hey All,

I'm finding myself passing up potential deals between Palm Beach and Broward counties here in SE Florida (Occasionally Miami area as well) because I don't have the bandwith to take them down. I'm not one to build a massive buyers list and "blast out" what I have to everyone, so I'm looking to build two or three solid relationships with cash/hard money buyers that can actually close on a deal if it fits their criteria.
