hi, my name is Omar and I have recently been focused on my wholesaling journey one key thing that all real estate agents and everyone is the real estate business needs is a buyer. If anyone knows the best way I can search for a buyer that would be great I also have questions about if you are able to go some place exactly to find those buyers and sellers of homes off market.

What do you mean, search for a buyer? Do you have properties locked up on wholesale now? What type of distribution list have you built? How many meetups have you gone to in the last year to meet other investors and see who is buying in your area?

You want to build up your acquisitions and buyers at the same time and you can only do that through marketing and building relationships.
