    Note that formation of an LLC and advice on asset protection is usually more so in the realm of an attorney. If CPAs form LLCs, especially drafting legal agreements, it could be considered the unauthorized practice of law in CA, which carries harsh penalties. CPAs definitely understand a lot of the concepts, and would likely be superior when it comes to tax effects and numbers analysis, but you may actually be looking for an attorney.
