Real estate investor actively looking for single family homes to fix and flip

Cj Phillips
Posted

Hello everyone my name is CJ Phillips

What I am actively looking for to buy in the Tampa Bay or Phoenix, Atlanta, Charlotte, las Vegas area is anything around 2bed rooms 1 bath north of 800 sq. ft. and newer than a 1930. Max purchase price of at least $500,000 in that range. I'm pretty open minded to the condition of the home since I have done a number of fix & flip transactions.

It can be anything on market or off market you may have.( If you could send me the address and and or possibly some pics of the property as well to indicate the condition of the home) is what I would need to get started on my end.

Feel  Thanks again and have a great day.
