background web services without rental applications

Hi everyone,

Been a rental invester 7 years and did combo mix of screening services for tenants applicants over the years and have come to realize that I like my own tenant appl and own leases agreements. So, my question is what are some good screening/background services that just offers those services, and sends the results back to me, with out reaching out to the tenant, if there are any? If so, could you please list some?
