Hey everyone,

Does anybody have any good recs for investment real estate agents in south lake tahoe?

Im looking to buy an investment property and looking to interview experienced investment realtor within this market.

Im looking to buy a home in the 500-600K range and focus on LTR (no airbnbs or luxury mansion)

qualifications Im looking for:

experience in south lake tahoe area, understanding of cash on cash vs ROI, experience calculating income streams and providing comps, ability to provide numbers on investment property deals you have done in south lake tahoe over the past 6-12 months, long term partner willing to go through several offers, local connections, ability to explain renovation process (if needed), potentially able to find off market deals

I'll only be considering agents that are willing to go through an interview and provide specifics on the information listed above

Again, im specifically looking for an agent who specializes in investment real estate in south lake, if that's not your focus, please do not respond.
