Seeking buyers/investors for my home near ski resort in the California Sierra’s

Hi there! I am not an investor nor a realtor, but I found this site while looking to ask questions of investors about my property that I’m trying to sell (hopefully fast). This site is amazing and I’ve gotten great advice so far. I noticed the forums here have a classified section, so I thought I’d take my shot! If I can’t find any investors, I’ll go with a local realtor within the week. Here’s a link to the post where I was asking for advice (all the information about the property is there throughout the post).

If anyone is interested in buying in the $415k range, which is about 100k below the house’s value (but its value when it’s fixed up), it would immensely help my father and I. We are hoping to sell it quickly so that my father and I can purchase our dream home, which we are afraid will sell soon to someone else… because of that, we aren’t able to do financing… However, we do own our home totally free and clear!

(Addendum - here are screenshots of similar AirBnB’s in the same town that I originally sent to the original investor showing how many days are crossed off … I assume most of those would be rented days that are paid for, but I understand sometimes the owners of houses cross out certain days for other reasons?) If there’s some kind of law against showing any of these screenshots I took, I will take it down (I’m not familiar with this kind of thing).
