Great Duplex Rental Investment just outside Seguin City Limits with No Zoning on over 3/4 acres!!. Each side has 1,053 SF with 2 bed/1.5 bathroom. Total SF is 2,106 SF. This deal crushes the 1% rule. Needs only cosmetic rehab. One side has tenant. Other side vacant. Rehab the vacant side while collecting rent on the other side. Photos of vacant, left side unit.
