Looking to help Experienced Multifamily Investor with Capital Raising

I'd love to gain experience in multifamily and provide service as a capital raiser. I founded and have run a company for the last 13 years and we closed on $8.5M in sales last year so I believe I have relevant/adjacent experience but I'm new to commercial multifamily. I'm currently closing on a 3 family property in NYC (my own capital) but would love to gain experience with larger 70-100+ unit properties in the sun belt region.  If any experienced multi family investors have a deal that you are looking for capital raising help on and believe we can partner in any way please reach out to me.
