Seeking a Reliable Remote Property Manager for New Rental Property

Hello everyone,

I am excited to announce that I am venturing into the world of real estate investment and have recently purchased my first rental property. As I am new to this, I am in search of a remote property manager who can assist me in managing this property in Avondale, Arizona.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is experienced, reliable, and has a strong track record in property management. They would be responsible for helping find and screen tenant, periodic review of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance, and who is responsive to both tenant and our needs.

Additionally, I have family members (my in-laws) who spend half the year in the same area as my property. They are also interested in investing in real estate in AZ and would likely require the services of a property manager. This means there is potential for more business in the near future.

If anyone has recommendations or advice on how to find a trustworthy remote property manager, I would greatly appreciate it. Please feel free to share your experiences or point me in the right direction.
