Looking for landlord in Atlanta willing to let me sublet

 I am looking for an owner/property manager that would allow me to sublet the property to executive travelers such as travel nurses, with the occasional air Bnb/ VRBO guests.

I live in the area and would ensure the unit is deep cleaned between each guest, as well as stay up-to-date on any maintenance issues. I have years of experience in hospitality management. Thoroughly and Diligently screening guest, ensuring all community/property rules are being followed and that no disturbances are caused is a top priority. Through Airbnb, I am covered up to $100,000 in damages in the case of any incidents.

 I would be willing to sign a longer lease as well as pay an extra deposit for your peace of mind.

If everything goes well on my end as well as your end, I would be willing to lease other properties that may be in your portfolio in the near future and I am open to Speaking about profit sharing arrangements.

I personally have an excellent rental history, with all of my rent payments being paid on time. In addition to that, I am highly paid at my day job and I have the ability to financially cover the rent payment in the event of low occupancy. I am ready to apply, and if my application matches your criteria, I am eager to put a deposit down asap following a showing of the unit.
