 I am looking for an owner/property manager that would allow me to sublet the property to executive travelers such as travel nurses, with the occasional air Bnb/ VRBO guests.

I live in the area and would ensure the unit is deep cleaned between each guest, as well as stay up-to-date on any maintenance issues. I have years of experience in hospitality management. Thoroughly and Diligently screening guest, ensuring all community/property rules are being followed and that no disturbances are caused is a top priority.
