My team is off to a hot start this year and I'm strategically adding agents to our team where we have too many leads and not enough support!

Renters Warehouse is a property management and investment sales brokerage with offices in 25 states. We specialize in leasing and management of single-family and small multifamily rental properties. Our Colorado team is a group of mostly young professionals with a a strong work ethic and passion for real estate. We currently manage approximately 600 units along the Front Range.

As an agent on our team, you will meet with investors who need help leasing their properties, present our services, gather marketing materials, conduct showings and negotiate lease agreements. All of our agents have the ability to help buyers and sellers with purchase or sale transactions as well. NO mandatory office hours. We have guidelines for success, but you're a self-employed 1099 agent and you set your schedule. 

Our agents are commission-only, but I promise I wouldn't be posting this ad if I didn't think we had enough work to keep you busy! Agents on my team are grossing $70,000-$250,000 in annual commissions. I know that's a big range! And the truth is - agents on the top end have a strong work ethic and have invested a few years in building their business. You can expect to earn an average commission of approximately $1500 per home you lease. Our leasing business provides a healthy and consistent "base" earning; adding a few sales transactions will send your earnings to the moon. We do provide leads, but encourage you to farm for extra business as well! We have some proven methods of generating personal leads (and we pay you more for them too!)

This position does require a Colorado real estate license!
