Looking for referrals in Cape Coral/Fort Meyers area

Hi all,

We're building a house in Cape Coral, FL, which will be available for rent by June-July of this year. We're out of state investors and need some help finding good contacts/referrals.

Any recommendations on Property Management companies in Cape Coral/Fort Meyers area?

Any referrals for inspectors in that area?

Also, as a landlord, do I need both general liability insurance and premise insurance? Or general liability usually includes premise? Would also appreciate contact for good/reliable insurance company in that area.

Thank you!
