Looking for Title Company and Attorney for a subject to/seller finance deal in CA

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you had any recommendations on title companies and real estate attorneys that has experience or specializes  in creative finance deals, more specifically,  deals that consist of subject to / seller finance .I have a deal in California in play and was hoping for some legal assistance . Any referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
