If you need Bridge loans we offer up to 80% LTV of Purchase | 55% LTV for Refi Cash out & 65% LTV for Refi no Cash out.
Fix-N-Flips we can get 80-85% LTV depending on experience for purchase and 100% of rehab | Same LTV's as Bridge for refinances + 100% of rehab.
Each don't need a good FICO but 620+ is the sweet spot.
Then our DSCR loans are 80% of Purchase and 75% for refinance | must ratio at 1.05 and need a FICO of 660+.
