Mobile Home Park Lending Tips and Suggestions

Hello,

I am looking for some tips on mobile home park lending. Looking to purchase a starter mobile home park but don't have enough for cash acquisition. I understand that mobile home lending is more difficult to come by. 20% down payment is not a problem. Does anyone recommend any lenders that they've personally worked with? Open to private money lenders, DSCR, hard money lending, banking, etc.

Thanks!

@Zachary Crosby Other options including owner financing, working with partners and private lenders. Hope that helps!
