Hi all, 

As a fulltime investor over the last 5 years I always had a hard time to find properties. I've tried finding a site to help with this and yes I found a few but it was time consuming, most times you couldn't get the info about the property unless you requested it then your getting calls/texts and emails. Now I get texts/emails from properties in areas where I don't invest in and half the time I would  forget which site a property I saw was on.

I just wanted a platform that provided me listings, gave me all the information needed and a contact ionformation

I wanted a zillow or realtor.com for real estate investors or MLS system . So I decided to create one and I have, it's called quixsale

Not only will you be able to buy and sell properties but you will also have a business directory to find professionals to help you with your project and grow your business. So you'll find Lenders, Insurance companies, contractors, lawyers, title companies, Investor friendly Realtors and so much more!

You will also have to ability to post and find Podcast, News articles, Networking events and more.

We have our Pre-Launch Registration open now and plan to have the site 100% ready by the 6th of May. 

Were still working on some programing issues with out Pre-Registration but I invite you to come check it out and register.

We do have a few wholesalers that will be posting properties over the next couple of weeks and we also have business partners registered, we are working on getting the business directory programmed and once completed they will get uploaded to there category under the Business directory. All members will be listed in the Directory.
