STR investment using creative financing in the Phoenix area

Hi, I am an out of state investor based in NY looking for an agent in the Phoenix area that's familiar with creative financing. I am looking for a STR that I can close on using seller financing and/or subject to, so if anyone has any recommendations please let me know!
