New investor seeking education

Hi all, 

I am 1 month into my real estate journey and I am looking for connections and education that will ease the learning curve. My goal is to get into flips and then multi and ultimately into new development. 

I am also looking for microlending opportunities to grow my money until I have enough education, know-how and of course capital to begin building my portfolio correctly.
