What service or website do brokers use to find owners, information, etc?

What are some of the websites/resources commercial brokers use to find information on multifamily apartment building owners?

Has anyone used PropStream?

@George Voutsinos -  Being a techie,  I love testing out software, breaking it, fixing it, dipping it in Coke.  PropStream is good for Residential lead generation and some MFU's.  However, for multifamily apartment building owners you might want to look at other solutions like Reonomy,  Attom, or Core Logic. HTHS!
