I want to find agents and lenders for properties in the Charlotte area. I would appreciate any information, introductions passed my way.

You won't get the best info here in an open forum. You will get a lot of "use me" type of posts. I would hop into local Facebook groups in the communities you are looking to invest in in Charlotte. Those will have better resources.

It's also a bit vague. What type of properties are you looking to buy there? Singles, multis, apartments, STR? These would all change the recommendations.
