Hello everyone, looking to buy my first property in the Monterey area in the December ‘24 time frame with a VA Loan. Looking for either potential roomates, a business partner who would like to start a long term house hacking/buy and hold strategy. Would also love to set a call up with anyone who has been/currently is a property owner in the Monterey area.
