Hey BP! 

I am looking for a newbie LO's (licensed or unlicensed) who are in the Orange County, CA area, who are looking for training/ development in the loan business. 

I am 12 years+ in, and primarily focusing now on nation-wide commercial lending, but still rocking and rolling on anything consumer by referral/ repeats only. 

Trying to pass along the knowledge obtained through the years to the next generation of LO's, and begin building a little team here to expand our Los Angeles team into Orange County.
