Looking to sell to investor/flipper in Tallahassee, FL

Looking for an investor in the Tallahasee Fl area who is looking for flips/remodels. I have a property (my dads) in northern Tallahassee in an affluent area/neighborhood. Someone could make a large profit, but house needs updating and work. It’s around 4,000 sq feet with a 3 car garage on an acre of a half. Please reach out if you are interested.
