Looking for ad-hoc property help in Cincinnati

Hey all -  I'm looking for a referral for someone in Cincinnati who could help with a four-plex in Westwood. Specifically, I am looking for someone who could be on-call to stop by the property every once in a while - I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER. I simply need someone in Cinci (I live out of state) to stop by the property every once in a while when a specific need arises. I'm looking to compensate someone for infrequent services (maybe once every couple months) such as in-person tenant showings of units when they become vacant, confirming that maintenance/contractor work has been completed, and ad hoc stop ins. I'm looking for someone who is reliable and who I can trust. Shoot me a PM for more info. Thanks.
