FSBO- Turn Key 4/3 in CLT 2.25% Assumable VA Loan
Greetings to all,
I am looking for an investor or purchasing agent to connect with I own a 2600sqft brick ranch in Charlotte, NC in a great neighborhood. The home sits on a 1 acre lot and has NO HOA fees. As mentioned in the title, it is a 4/3 that has been remodeled and has large detached garage that could be easily converted into an additional livable space that provides extra rental income.
I purchased the house in 2020 and have a 30yr fixed at 2.25. I currently rent the house as a STR on Airbnb and VRBO.
I am looking to sell the home with the assumable VA loan, which would negate closing cost minus the .5% VA funding fee. Payments to include taxes and insurance would be around $1600 to the mortgage company. Utilities are around $350/month.
Additionally, I am willing to do seller financing on the differential value of the sale price and the remaining loan balance.
Furthermore, I will include all furniture and lawn equipment with the sell of the house.
The house is in great condition and needs for nothing. It is a fantastic property! And it has more potential to bring in much more revenue.
