ISO: Partnership with a Realtor/Developer/Investor for Home Security!

Hello BP Community! I have been on BP forums for a while but haven't been as active as I'd like to be due to the fact I'm not quite at the starting point for building my "Real Estate Empire" yet. Getting adjusted to life in Austin and the slightly more expensive economy here has been a bit of a process but happy to say I am doing fairly well now. I have been working as a Security Consultant for Brinks Home Security since November of 2022 and am currently looking to expand my outreach and help as may RE Investors/Home Owners as possible. I love the BP community and the podcasts so I figured this could be a good way for me to give back and help out the community itself as well. (I am not sure whether or not this is the correct place to post this so if I am in the wrong section, please kindly let me know!)

Essentially the partnership I am looking to create would be a very generous referral bonus per Client/home that I am able to protect with our top-of-the-line SmartHome security system. I do not want to get too deep into the details in this post due to the fact that I don't want to say anything that may get flagged but the end goal of my partnership is to help create a safer community not only for homeowners that use this Forum, but also for the RE Investors to ensure that their investment properties are more welcoming for the many families that are moving to Austin and the great state of Texas as a whole! And as a bonus, adding our SmartHome system into the home will not only grant a nice discount on homeowners insurance, but you can also increase your rent amount by more than the monthly cost to ensure a higher overall ROI for yourself. Who doesn't like more money and safety?!?

I used to be a Subcontractor and Realtor and homes have always been a passion of mine. Now this job I work now is all about protecting homes and I could not be more passionate about it. I love what I do and I would love the opportunity to work with you to help protect more families across the country!
