Looking for House to Rent for My Transitional Housing Company

Hello,

My transitional housing company is looking for properties to rent. My company will be the lessee, meaning we are legal tenants. Renewed Life houses people in the community such as veterans and independent seniors. My company will manage the property at no cost to the property owner, so there will not be any minor repairs needed. The property will be fully insured with the owner of the property as the 'additional' insured. My company will be responsible for all maintenance. All of the clients are professionally screened ahead of time. Renewed Life provides upkeep, utilities, and cleaning services for our clients. Wireless security and camera systems will be provided at the premises as well.

What Renewed Life is looking for: Move in ready homes, long term leases (2 yr+) with renewal option, preferably single-family homes that are ranch style (4+ bedroom w/ 2 baths) that is close to public transportation.
