RV Park Startup near Glacier National Park

Hello BP's! My business partner and I own a 7200 warehouse with a detached dwelling.  I am looking for investors to transform the 10 acres of land that we have into a beautiful 25-50 lot RV park catering to class a motorhomes. The property is located 30 minutes from Canada and would be a perfect spot for people to stop coming and going into Canada. The property is strategically placed next to the highway and is the exit you would use to visit Glacier National park. We already have the infrastructure for electricity from the business that we are currently running and the property already has a 2" water supply.  I am looking for investors and advice to build a park from scratch.
