Looking for a good property manager in Kansas City for remote owners

My husband and I own three SFRs in KC MO, and we live overseas. We've had a lot of BAD experiences with property managers, and we're looking for a new one. We're thinking of using Key Realty - any experience with them? Or do you have a recommendation for a manager who:

- Provides clear, transparent, accurate statements on a system that's easy to access
- Inspects the properties regularly and reports problems
- Doesn't charge excessive fees
- Doesn't overcharge for repairs
- Does repairs promptly and well
- Collects and pays rent on time
- Doesn't take back-handed payments from contractors

Or, do you have another suggestion for how to screen managers to find out how they operate before finding out the hard way?

All advice gratefully received! Thanks in advance.
