Looking for a CPA

I am currently looking for a CPA with at least some experience in real estate. It would need to be in Northern Virginia, preferably close to Fairfax/Burke/Springfield area. I have a very small and simple operation at the moment, so looking for someone reasonably priced.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
