Hi there,

I have a triplex and a single family home in San Antonio, TX. I’ve owned these properties for several years now, but will be managing them on my own since I still have the same tenants from when I first acquired the properties, and property management is no longer worth the monthly expense.

That being said, I am looking for an electrician, plumber, and general maintenance contractor to work with for these 4 units?

I am an out of state investor, so I am looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and reasonable. A bulk of my portfolio is in another state, but I take pride in these traits, as I believe it has resulted in our continued success. So I hope to find these traits in these trades!
